are changing, what matters most is staying the same: our commitment to clear communication, dependable followthrough, and professional community association management. Over the past year, we’ve been focused on building a
modern, responsive, and people-first management company—one that treats homeowners with respect, supports Board
leadership with reliable guidance, and keeps community operations organized and compliant. The rebrand to Growth
Association Management is part of that long-term plan, and we’re excited to share it with you.
What’s changing (and why it matters):
Along with our new name, we are updating our contact channels to better support you. First, our AI receptionist, Charlie,
has been rebranded and updated to reflect Growth Association Management. Charlie’s role is simple: to help ensure
your call is answered promptly, routed correctly, and documented accurately so we can respond faster and track requests
more effectively. Whether you’re calling with a general question, a maintenance concern, or a time-sensitive issue,
Charlie helps us make sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
Second, we have implemented a new phone number as part of our upgraded call handling and tracking process. This
change is designed to improve service in practical ways, better call routes, clearer records of requests, improved followup, and stronger accountability from start to finish. In a community setting, details matter. Having consistent tracking
helps us coordinate with vendors, confirm timelines, and ensure that your concerns are handled with the attention they
deserve.
